Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll & Absence Management Consultant with strong technical and functional expertise to support the Payroll Department during the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.

This role will focus on assisting with the successful implementation of the Payroll and Absence Management modules by partnering with Payroll, HR and IT teams to align business and compliance requirements with system functionality to ensure a successful and timely Go Live. Key Responsibilities

Implementation Support

• Partner with Payroll, HR and IT stakeholders to gather, validate, document and review functional and technical requirements related to Payroll and Absence Management.
• Participate in the design, configuration, testing cycles and deployment of Oracle Fusion Payroll and Absence Management.
• Support configuration and setup of Oracle Fusion Payroll and Absence Management modules, including payroll elements, balances, fast formulas, absence plans, accrual rules and other key system components.

Qualifications

Education

• Integrate AI-driven testing for self-healing test scripts, intelligent failure analysis, and dynamic test selection.
• Develop reusable components and automation accelerators to enhance speed and quality of test coverage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-assisted CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead POCs for AI-powered automation solutions and evaluate their adoption feasibility.
• Mentor engineers in AI-assisted coding and intelligent test design techniques.
• Continuously explore and integrate new AI/ML-based testing tools and frameworks into the automation ecosystem.

Technical Skills

Core Automation:

• Expert in Python, with experience in Pytest, Robot Framework/BDD framework.
• Strong understanding of test architecture, reusable framework design, and data-driven testing.
• Proficient in API testing using Requests, Postman, or REST-assured (Python equivalent).

AI in Automation:

• Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Windsurf for code generation and automation enhancement.
• Experience implementing AI-driven automation techniques such as:
  • Self-healing test cases
  • AI-based test case generation and impact analysis
  • Defect prediction and failure triaging
• Familiarity with AI/ML libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or OpenAI APIs) for custom AI integration.
